Pierre Toussaint and Mother Elizabeth M. Lange are not saints yet. However, they will be within several years. Due to their color, both of them discrimination and many other barriers imposed by white people including the bishops. Yet, their love for God did not stop them from doing what they believed God had called them to do. May their heroic faith and acts inspire us to become better Christians through loving God and other people especially those who give us difficult time.

Seven nuns from the congregation of the Visitation of Holy Mary were killed in Spain in 1934.  What was the reason for their death?  For being nuns.  May their example inspire us to be always proud of our faith.
